Track 3 Bodypump 57!

One very tough chest track. I was feeling it in the Pectoralis Major and Minor which is awesome. There are some nice moves in this release and some suprises with this track.

The guy next to me at the 1/4's put 20 kgs on the bar for this track. He was sweating pools of sweat during and after the track. Even if you load the bar or work with the suggested weights for this track you are going to feel this track and notice the end effects of this type of training.

Won't go into specifics but training the Pectoralis this way really works deep into the muscles and activates the muscle fibers really well. I also noticed that the workout works the three heads of the Pectoralis as well which I think Michael was trying to achieve when he programmed the workout for this track.

The clavicular head also gets a good going over with this track. It is the first time in ahwile I have noticed that the clavicular head also gets worked in Bodypump 55 and in Bodypump 57 the same part of the clavicular head is getting worked over as well.

The thing I also noticed is that as I came down I retracted the scapular more which increased the ROM.

I also went back to raising my legs up for this track. I increased the TVA activation and that also worked the TVA with increased intensity.

If you are looking for a good chest workout this track is going to do it.
